This release includes a wide range of new features, improvements, and adjustments designed to enhance the ability to utilize Visitor Aware fully within schools and includes:
- Student Management: The ability to manage students including importing from spreadsheets
- Student Visitor Relationships: Adding relationships between students and visitors in order to restrict the ability for visitors to sign students out. In the event that no relationships are assigned, any visitor may sign out any student, however, in the event that relationships are assigned between a student and one or more visitors, only those designated as a relationship may sign out that student
- Enhanced import capabilities for all import types
- Includes the addition of student imports
- Includes the ability to interpret and format dates from any valid date format to make imports with dates easier to work with
- Enhanced desktop notifications for:
- Attempted entry by sexual predators
- Attempted entry by individuals found on watchlists
- Single, or multiple student sign out
- Visitor entry and departure
- Tardy Tracking: Track tardy students quickly and easily by indicating the reason they were late, optionally add notes, and then search, filter, and export reports
- Performance Enhancements: We've reduced the amount of time needed to process new and existing visitors checking in and out by 8 seconds on average, bringing the amount of time spent by visitors waiting for their check in or check out to be completed to an average of three seconds
