Volunteers can be signed into a volunteer function through the web admin dashboard. This will require a web camera in order to take the volunteer's photo.


Admin Dashboard Volunteer Sign-in


1. Activities Menu:

To sign a volunteer in through the admin dashboard, click on "Activities" within the top navigation menu within the righthand corner of your screen and select "Volunteer Sign In".



2. Volunteer Function:

Within the next screen, you will be prompted to select what function the volunteer is attending and then take their photo by clicking the "Next" button.



3. Successful Sign-In:

Once the software identifies the volunteer through their photo, they are successfully checked in.

3. Unsuccessful Photo Sign-In:

If the individual is not recognized through their photo, fields are displayed to enter the individual's information.



Fill in the volunteer's first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, and birth date.


Validate?: By checking this check box, you will validate the credentials of this individual and create a profile under these credentials that will allow this individual to check-in with their photo for future visits.


*Important Note: If an individual did not previously have a profile setup, this process will create a visitor profile for them within your Visitor Aware account.


4. Manual Data Entry Success:

Once the individual's information has been entered, they are successfully checked in.
