Visitor Aware's emergency management application, Watchdog, helps schools manage incidents in real-time. Users are able to trigger events directly from their mobile devices and disclose their status for other users to see: "Safe" or "Requires Assistance". Setting up Incident Management with Watchdog

  1. Getting started with mobile incident management is as easy as downloading Watchdog onto your preferred mobile device. Once you have downloaded the application, sign in with your user information (email address and password). This will be the same credentials that you use to sign into the online admin dashboard. You must have a user account setup within the school's database to gain access to the Watchdog incident management platform.
    1. Download the Watchdog application for your mobile device here. It will give you the proper application version for your iOS or Android device.
    2. Next, login with your Visitor Aware user credentials that you use in order to access your online admin dashboard.
    3. After completing these steps, you will see a screen similar to that shown below.
