New Features

Contact Student Pickup -> Way to notify someone for assistance car side

This new feature provides a one-click staff assistance option in the guardian scan mode scanner used during the carline pickup process to enhance the safety and security of operators who may otherwise be unable to request help.

Genesis Student Importer

This new feature provides flat file CSV/XLS/X support for the Genesis Student SIS data sent via SFTP and uploaded via the UI.

Genesis Guardian Importer

This new feature provides flat file CSV/XLS/X support for the Genesis Guardian SIS data sent via SFTP and uploaded via the UI.

Admin: Client Security Settings: Allow Visitor Match by Name Only

This new security feature allows clients to determine if visitors checking in or signing out students should be matched against the name, date of birth, locality, and more as opposed to name only. This feature defaults to "off" for security reasons, however, when enabled will allow for less strict matching of visitors to SIS data, and reduce the number of disallowed student departure alerts.

Improvement

Visitor Profile -> Add Injunction Ability

This improvement allows injunctions to be added directly from a visitor's profile.

Imports - Allow Multi-Location Import to Volunteer Imports

This improvement allows volunteer functions to be imported for multiple locations by providing a list of school IDs when importing to make it more efficient to create the same volunteer event across sites.

Ensure OneRoster 1.2 Support

This improvement adds support for the forthcoming OneRoster 1.2 specification to ensure syncing functions properly as more SIS's transition from 1.1 to 1.2.

Enterprise: Visitor Self-Registration -> Hide Sections

This improvement better streamlines the visitor self-registration process for enterprise clients, as well as clients without the volunteer management module enabled.

OneRoster - Students - Add "Identifier" column

This improvement allows clients to specify if the OneRoster SourcedId or Identifier is used as the primary key for student data to better support SIS's such as Skyward which display and use Identifier vs. the standard SourcedId for tasks such as importing CSV's of student tardy records.
