When an incident unfolds, there are two main components to the Visitor Aware Family Reunification process:
- Student Attendance
- Family Reunification

Make sure teachers have their email and mobile phone numbers up-to-date within their user settings (https://app.visitor-aware.com/settings/user). This information will be used to automatically send them their email or text login link to immediately access their Teacher Portal and begin taking attendance during the incident.
