Improvements
User Notifications -> Rename "SRO" and "Security" alerts
This improvement updates verbiage for notifications to generalize for all client types instead of being education vertical-specific.
Automatically Reset OneRoster Last Sync when Location School IDs are modified
Improvement automatically resets the last sync timestamp when school IDs are modified to ensure accurate and fresh data OneRoster syncing.
Only send low background check token emails to Admin and Volunteer Coordinator roles
Send automated email notifications indicating low background-check token amount to users designated with an admin and/or volunteer coordinator role (user notifications must be enabled for this to work)
Bugs
Dismissal Notes: Time is stored incorrectly
Adds session timezone storage for users logging in with SSO to ensure accurate timezone conversion for display.
Volunteer logs - false positive error is thrown for some date/time entries
This ticket fixes an issue where invalid dates weren't validated properly causing submission errors.
Visitor/Ascender Visitors: Can Pickup should not be required
Allows visitor and ascender_visitor imports to pass validation without the Can Pickup column.
