What to Order for Use with Visitor Aware
For the floor stand and rear mount camera exposure, navigate to the appropriate Bouncepad page listed below.
Important: You must order the Rear Camera Exposure when you order the floor stand. Bouncepad does not allow it to be purchased separately.
Compatibility
Note: Visitor Aware supports iOS16 and up. This typically means iPad 5th Generation through iPad 10th Generation.
Floor Stand with Tilt Adapter and Printer Mount
The stand is compatible with Brother QL-820-NWB, QL-820NWBc or QL-810W label printers.
- In the Tablet Compatibility dropdown menu, select your iPad model.
- From the Choose Feature Access dropdown menu, select Exposed Front Camera and Home Button.
Important: If you are interested in locking down the iPad to only the Visitor Aware Check-in Kiosk app, please read the attached article provided by Bouncepad.

Rear Camera Exposure
The Rear Camera Exposure is an adapter with a cut-out that exposes the iPad’s rear camera.
Please select the following options:
- In the Tablet Compatibility dropdown menu, select the iPad model you indicated for the floor stand.
- In the Colour dropdown menu, select the matching color for your floor stand.
- Select the Quantity you will need.
Installation instructions
The Rear Camera Exposure does not include an instruction manual as it is a modification made to the case of the Bouncepad (a cut-out for the rear camera).
