Depending on the firmware installed in the Netum barcode scanner, you may need to scan both sets of 4 barcodes below in order to properly factory reset your scanner.  If successful, you should hear normal beeps for the first 3 scans, followed by a longer more musical beep/noise.  If you don’t hear the different success noise, try the other set of reset barcodes.

If the ID scanner is only filling in the first check-in form field, try adding a fifth barcode to either grouping listed above. After completing numbers 1 - 4 of either grouping, add in the below barcode to be the fifth barcode in the scanning queue:
