Record Background Check Date
If it's preferred by the client to use a different background check service provider than Visitor Aware, there is a way to record the date when the last background check was completed within each volunteer profile. To utilize this feature, follow the steps below.
1. Volunteer Actions:
Navigate to the associated volunteer profile in which you wish to record the background check date. Click on "Volunteer Actions" and then select "Add Background Check Date".
2. Record Date:
After the first step above, a popup box will appear asking for the date that the background check was completed. Fill out this information and hit "Save".
3. Date Successfully Recorded:
Once the date has been entered, it will be readily available on the corresponding volunteer profile under the "Profile" tab as shown below under the "Background Check Date" field.
