If your devices are on iOS 17.x, it is likely that AirPrint is not working (as of 02.01.2024).

Please follow these instructions to use the Desktop App (Print Helper) as a workaround.

  • Please ensure a Brother or Dymo label printer is attached via USB cable to a desktop computer (Windows or Mac) and installed.
  • Ensure that the Desktop App (Printer Helper) is running on the same desktop computer.
  • Select the same Location for the Desktop App (Print Helper) and the Kiosk Check-In App.
       
  • Enter the Application Identifier value into the input field under the Desktop Application tab on the Kiosk Check-In App.

            



Now check-ins from this Kiosk Check-In App will always print to this Desktop App (Print Helper).
